Description

You will own the end-to-end testing strategy and execution for large-scale Workday implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the overall E2E test strategy covering Functional, Integration, Security, and Data Migration testing.
• Develop detailed test plans, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple workstreams.
• Establish governance for defect management, risk identification, and mitigation.
• Oversee the creation of test scenarios and scripts for Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Security, Workforce Planning, and Integrations).
• Coordinate execution of Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing, managing Workday integrations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Workday testing (functional and integration).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing E2E testing for large Workday implementations.
• Familiarity with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and API testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and regression testing.
• Experience validating data migration accuracy and reconciliation across environments.
