Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute Workday testing for integrations, data migration, and system changes.
• Validate end-to-end integration behavior between Workday and external systems, including data mapping and reconciliation.
• Use SQL to query, validate, and troubleshoot migrated and integrated data sets.
• Support ETL validation by verifying transformations, load outcomes, and data quality checks.
• Leverage scripting to prepare test data, automate validations, and support regression testing.

Skills Required:

• 4-10 years of relevant experience in Workday testing, integrations, and data migration
• Workday testing experience
• Testing and integration validation for enterprise applications
• SQL and data validation for migrated/integrated datasets
• ETL and data migration testing; scripting for test data and verification

Good to Have:

• Oracle experience
• HCM and Financials domain exposure
• Project Management experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree
