Description

Lead the configuration and optimization of Workday HCM Time & Absence modules for complex client environments.

Responsibilities

  • Configure tactical settings within the Workday HCM Time & Absence cloud-based technology package.
  • Optimize business processes by aligning core organizational functions with underlying system capabilities.
  • Guide client conversations through functional configuration and application knowledge.
  • Deliver implementation and operations projects using established project management approaches.
  • Develop and present technical findings using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience delivering Workday HCM solutions in consulting or industry roles.
  • Proven experience as a functional lead on at least one full life-cycle implementation of the Workday HCM Time & Absence module.
  • Deep expertise in Workday HCM solutions and Time & Absence configuration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for technical reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate).
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
