Mandatory Qualifications
5+ years hands-on experience with Time Tracking and/or Absence Management in an
analyst, configurator, or technical lead role.
• Minimum two full lifecycle implementations of Time and/or Absence (design → go‐live).
• Strong understanding of Payroll concepts, time entry logic, accrual rules, and compliance
• Experience with Workday API/web services.
• Familiarity with all domain components: configuration, BP, security, integrations, reporting.
• Experience using PMM (waterfall) or similar structured project methodologies.
