Description

You will act as a technical and functional expert for Workday Time and Absence modules.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements through discovery and design sessions.
• Recommend industry best practices for Workday Time and Absence implementations.
• Configure and maintain complex time and absence processes.
• Manage client interactions and communications across different US time zones.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Workday modules including Time, Absence, Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent.
• Deep knowledge of US Workday Time & Absence processes: Time Entry, overtime, shift differential, shift premium, and exception time.
• Hands-on experience with Time off Plans, Time Calculations, and Time Codes.
• Proficiency configuring Time Entry Templates, absence codes, and work schedules calendars.
• Experience managing holiday and public calendars within Workday.
• Ability to work across various US time zones.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
