Description

You will provide senior-level configuration and hands-on expertise for Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage system integrations within the Workday architecture, supporting inbound and outbound issues.
• Modify existing integrations and develop new ones based on business and functional specifications.
• Design, develop, and test interfaces through unit and integration testing.
• Maintain data governance, quality, security, and data privacy standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recent Workday Certified experience implementing global Workday Time Tracking and Absence configurations.
• Current Workday certifications in both Absence and Time Tracking.
• Deep knowledge of Absence, Time Tracking, and Calculated Fields.
• Experience as a lead consultant on Workday Time Tracking and Absence projects.
• Proven experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with a Workday deployment partner.
• Strong understanding of global operational processes in Workday.

Preferred Skills

• Previous consulting experience with a Workday deployment partner.
