Description

You will configure and support Workday Payroll for US and Canada entities within an AMS model.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Payroll processes, including business process frameworks (BPF) and calculated fields.
• Manage US payroll operations, covering taxation, compliance, and payroll cycles.
• Administer Canada payroll, ensuring adherence to federal and provincial requirements.
• Resolve ticket-based support requests in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain reporting structures and integrations using EIB and Studio.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Proven expertise in Workday Payroll configuration.
• Deep knowledge of US Payroll taxation and compliance.
• Strong understanding of Canada Payroll federal and provincial rules.
• Experience working in an AMS or ticket-based support environment.
• Proficiency in creating calculated fields and standard reports.
• Familiarity with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio).
