Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• 3 – 6 years of Workday experience (based on role level)
• Hands-on experience in Workday Payroll (US & Canada)
• Experience in AMS/Support model (ticket-based environment)

 Core Skills

• Strong knowledge of: 
  • US Payroll (taxation, compliance, payroll cycles)
  • Canada Payroll (federal & provincial requirements)
• Expertise in: 
  • Workday Payroll configuration
  • Business Process Framework (BPF)
  • Calculated fields & reporting

Understanding of integrations (EIB, Studio – good to have)
