Description

You will lead the development and delivery of Workday reports, dashboards, and discovery boards.

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Perform regression analysis and statistical modeling to support People Analytics.
• Query, join, and transform data from multiple sources using SQL and data warehouses.
• Manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams and client relationships.
• Present findings to audiences at various organizational levels.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience within a People Analytics function.
• 5+ years of Workday experience, including advanced reporting capabilities.
• 2+ years of experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau or Workday Prism.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Alteryx, and Python.
• Proficiency in regression analysis and statistical modeling techniques.
• Ability to manage client relationships and address diverse stakeholders.
• Authorized to work in the US for W2 employment.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Social Science, or Psychology.
