You will build and maintain the analytical tools and data resources required to manage the business workforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical resources to support workforce management decisions.
• Maintain data tools used for operational planning and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build data-driven strategies.
• Report on operational plans to supplement business priorities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a data or analytical role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with Python for scripting and analysis.
• Experience with R for statistical computing.
• Experience with VBA for automation and tooling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
