Description

Analyze HR data to support stakeholder decisions and improve organizational analytical literacy.

You will own the end-to-end analysis of HR metrics, manage the Visier platform, and drive self-service adoption through Power BI. Responsibilities

• Create ad-hoc HR data reports and conduct deep-dive analysis across various HR subject areas.
• Manage user security in Visier, including new user setup, quarterly re-certification, and profile maintenance.
• Research and resolve data integrity issues to ensure accuracy and reliability of all outputs.
• Translate raw data into informative visuals and document technical requirements for stakeholders.
• Promote self-service data access through Power BI, Visier, and other applications.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience analyzing data within the HR domain.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Deep understanding of data visualization chart types and effective implementation.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Power Query.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Visier.
