Description

You will own the analysis and reporting of HR data to support organizational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create ad-hoc HR data reports and conduct deep-dive analysis on specific subject areas.
• Support stakeholders in acquiring, interpreting, and validating complex HR datasets.
• Manage user security in Visier, handling new user setup and quarterly re-certification.
• Research and resolve data integrity issues across HR systems to ensure accuracy.
• Promote self-service data access using Power BI, Visier, and other visualization tools.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience analyzing data within the HR domain.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong understanding of data visualization chart types and effective implementation.
• Ability to document requirements and translate raw data into informative visuals.
• Experience managing data integrity through validation and rigorous analysis.
• Knowledge of HR data structures and domains, including recruiting and organizational design.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Visier people analytics platform.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Power Query.
• Experience with Workday or Glint.
