Description

Manage the Data Modernization workforce development program through coordination, training design, and resource management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of the Data Modernization workforce development program.
• Facilitate committee meetings and monthly team syncs.
• Organize organization-wide assessments to identify skills and knowledge gaps.
• Maintain the workforce development plan and manage training event scheduling and implementation.
• Lead the procurement, design, and maintenance of the Data Training program.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree required).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in workforce development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience using SharePoint.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
