Description

You will act as a technical and functional expert for Workforce Dimensions implementations and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of workforce management configurations, implementations, and modifications.
• Gather and define business requirements, perform gap analysis, and manage design and development.
• Develop and test configurations within Pro WFM and Dimensions.
• Build and test interfaces, ensuring feasibility for Dimensions integration.
• Create reports using the BIRT reporting tool and develop data views and cross-reference tables.
• Provide thought leadership to improve processes, methodologies, and tools based on best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of industry experience working with Workforce Dimensions.
• UKG Pro WFM Certification.
• UKG Boomi Certification.
• Deep configuration knowledge of Kronos modules including Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave.
• Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer, and Transformations.
• Proficiency in Workforce Dimensions configurations and implementations.
• Experience with UKG Pro and Kronos systems.
• Ability to use Jquery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Any Graduate degree.
