Description

You will serve as the technical and functional expert for Workforce Dimensions implementations, configurations, and modifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of workforce management configurations, implementations, and system modifications.
• Gather and define business requirements, perform gap analysis, and manage the design and development lifecycle.
• Develop, test, and validate configurations within Pro WFM and Dimensions environments.
• Build and test interfaces to ensure feasibility for Dimensions integration using Dell Boomi components.
• Create reports using BIRT, develop data views, and maintain cross-reference tables.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of industry experience working specifically with Workforce Dimensions.
• UKG Pro WFM Certification and UKG Boomi Certification.
• Deep configuration knowledge of Kronos modules: Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave.
• Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer, and Transformations.
• Proficiency in Workforce Dimensions configurations and full implementation lifecycles.
• Practical experience with UKG Pro and Kronos systems.
• Ability to use jQuery for interface or reporting adjustments.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
