Description

You will own the implementation and configuration of Workforce Dimensions, leveraging UKG Pro and Kronos to align workforce solutions with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle implementation of Workforce Dimensions and UKG Pro solutions.
• Configure and customize workforce management modules to meet functional requirements.
• Design and build integrations using Dell Boomi to connect disparate HR and payroll systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into technical configurations.
• Validate system functionality through rigorous testing and support post-go-live stabilization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workforce Dimensions and UKG Pro.
• Proven track record in end-to-end implementation and configuration of workforce solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Kronos workforce management tools and modules.
• Experience with Dell Boomi for data integration and API management.
• Ability to bridge functional business needs with technical implementation details.
• Understanding of HRIS and payroll system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex configuration challenges.
