Description

You will lead the technical and functional implementation of Workforce Dimensions, owning the full design, configuration, and integration lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce management configurations, implementations, and system modifications within Pro WFM and Dimensions environments.
• Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and manage the end-to-end design and development lifecycle.
• Build and test integrations using Dell Boomi components to ensure feasibility for Dimensions integration.
• Create reports using BIRT, develop data views, and maintain cross-reference tables.
• Use jQuery for interface adjustments and reporting enhancements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of industry experience working specifically with Workforce Dimensions.
• Deep configuration knowledge of Kronos modules: Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave.
• Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer, and Transformations.
• UKG Pro WFM Certification and UKG Boomi Certification.
• Practical experience with UKG Pro and Kronos systems.
• Proficiency in Workforce Dimensions configurations and full implementation lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
