Description

You will configure, manage, and optimize Infor WFM and UKG Pro WFM systems to streamline labor forecasting, scheduling, and payroll integration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Infor WFM and UKG Dimensions/Kronos modules.
• Optimize labor forecasting, scheduling, and budget management workflows.
• Administer time and attendance, accruals, and payroll integration settings.
• Manage employee availability, time-off requests, and shift posting modules.
• Develop and maintain reports for labor and workforce data.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Workforce Management.
• Deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM (UKG Dimensions/Kronos).
• Extensive knowledge of Infor WFM/Workbrain.
• Hands-on experience with Time and Attendance and Accruals modules.
• Proficiency in Labor Forecasting and Schedule Optimization.
• Technical knowledge of Payroll and Labor Budget modules.
• Experience managing Employee Availability, Time Off, and Fixed Shifts.
• Ability to manage Employee Borrow and Shift Availability posting.
• Any Graduate degree.
