Description

You will implement and configure Workforce Management Software solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into WFS configurations.
• Configure the WFS suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations) using JavaScript and HTML.
• Manage small to mid-sized projects from planning through delivery.
• Conduct unit and system testing, troubleshoot configuration issues, and support go-live activities.
• Guide junior consultants, providing training and sharing team knowledge.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional and technical roles.
• In-depth understanding of Workforce Software modules and integrations.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and HTML for WFS customization.
• Experience managing project lifecycles, including planning and reporting.
• Knowledge of HCM processes, specifically Time & Attendance and Scheduling.
• Experience integrating WFS with ERP/HCM systems.
• Strong ability to communicate requirements and present solutions to clients.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities for technical/functional issues.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior technical staff.
