Description

You will implement and configure Workforce Management Software solutions for clients, leading workshops, managing project lifecycles, and mentoring junior staff.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into WFS configurations.
• Configure the WFS suite, including Time, Scheduling, and Integrations, using JavaScript and HTML.
• Manage small to mid-sized projects from planning through delivery, including reporting.
• Conduct unit and system testing, troubleshoot configuration issues, and support go-live activities.
• Guide junior consultants by providing training and sharing team knowledge.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional and technical roles.
• In-depth understanding of Workforce Software modules and integrations.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and HTML for WFS customization.
• Experience managing project lifecycles, including planning and reporting.
• Knowledge of HCM processes, specifically Time & Attendance and Scheduling.
• Experience integrating WFS with ERP/HCM systems.
• Strong ability to communicate requirements and present solutions to clients.

Preferred Skills

• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities for technical/functional issues.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior technical staff.
