Description

You will design, implement, and support Workforce Management (WFM) solutions, with a primary focus on ADP WFM integration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure WFM solutions to align with business requirements and organizational goals.
• Design and manage real-time and batch integrations between ADP WFM, SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors using APIs, middleware, or file-based interfaces.
• Configure scheduling, time tracking, attendance, and leave management within the WFM system.
• Troubleshoot integration issues to ensure data consistency across all platforms.
• Support time evaluation and payroll integration within SAP while ensuring compliance with labor laws and union agreements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in WFM software implementation, support, and integration.
• Expertise in ADP Workforce Management solutions.
• Proven experience integrating WFM with SAP HCM (Time Management and Payroll).
• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Knowledge of middleware such as SAP Integration Suite or Dell Boomi.
• Deep understanding of time tracking, scheduling, absence management, and compliance rules.
• Experience with cloud-based WFM solutions.
• Experience with US Payroll.
