Description

You will architect and deliver end-to-end Workforce Software solutions for clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design Workforce Software solutions tailored to specific client requirements.
• Configure core modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, ACT, and Forecasting.
• Develop, test, and maintain custom scripts using JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
• Design and implement integrations using APIs and ETL tools.
• Manage small to mid-sized implementation projects from delivery to client satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Workforce Software implementation.
• Deep expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, ACT, and Reporting modules.
• Strong scripting proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and HTML.
• Experience integrating with SAP SuccessFactors and payroll systems.
• Proficiency with APIs and ETL tools for integration design.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
