Description

You will lead the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for complex workforce software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementation, including requirements gathering, design, build, configuration, and testing.
• Own deployment and post-go-live support for workforce software modules.
• Ensure compliance with US and Canadian timekeeping and leave regulations across deployments.
• Develop training materials and deliver end-user training sessions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience supporting complex global programs.
• Hands-on configuration and deployment experience with Time & Attendance, Job Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, and Reporting modules.
• Direct experience with full software deployment lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of US timekeeping regulations and Canadian labor requirements.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise implementations (10,000+ employees).
• Background in automotive/manufacturing environments (union & non-union).
• Program & Project Management leadership, including budgets and timing.
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) expertise.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership and Problem Solving.

Preferred Skills

• Stakeholder Engagement partnering with HR, IT, Manufacturing Operations, and Finance.
• Familiarity with complex manufacturing shift operations, including rotating shifts.
