Description

You will lead end-to-end SDLC for complex workforce software implementations, owning deployment and post-go-live support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementation including requirements gathering, design, build, configuration, and testing.
• Own deployment and post-go-live support for workforce software modules.
• Ensure compliance with US and Canadian timekeeping and leave regulations.
• Develop training materials and deliver end-user training sessions.
• Manage program budgets, timing, and cross-functional team leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience supporting complex global programs.
• Hands-on configuration and deployment of Time & Attendance, Job Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, and Reporting.
• Direct experience with full software deployment lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong knowledge of US timekeeping regulations and Canadian labor requirements.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise implementations (10,000+ employees).
• Background in automotive or manufacturing environments (union & non-union).
• Project management leadership including budgets and timing.

Preferred Skills

• Stakeholder engagement partnering with HR, IT, Manufacturing Operations, and Finance.
• Familiarity with complex manufacturing shift operations, including rotating shifts.
