You will provide technical direction for the design, development, and systems integration from definition through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system, technical, and product architecture adheres to all operational, architectural, and design standards.
• Review technology system proposals, identifying deficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
• Own technology oversight and manage technical risks across various projects.
• Create and revise technical plans to meet changing requirements and ensure timely project deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between vendors and project portfolios, keeping team members informed of status.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Advanced scheduler, Configuration, and Workforce software interfaces.
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of Workforce Management software.
• Proficiency in Workforce software configuration, integration, application development, and maintenance.
• Strong hands-on technical knowledge supporting mid to large-scale enterprise Workforce implementations.
• 5-7 years’ experience within an SDLC environment.
• Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall software development methodologies.
• Experience building out and standing up environments from an infrastructure delivery perspective.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and hold vendors accountable for specified results.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
