Description

You will own the technical direction, design, and integration of workforce management systems from definition through implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for system, technical, and product architecture, ensuring adherence to operational and design standards.
• Review technology proposals, identify deficiencies, and implement effective solutions to manage technical risks.
• Create and revise technical plans to meet changing requirements and ensure timely project deliverables.
• Act as the primary liaison between vendors and project portfolios, keeping internal teams informed of status.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Advanced Scheduler, Configuration, and Workforce software interfaces.
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of Workforce Management software, including configuration, integration, application development, and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience supporting mid to large-scale enterprise Workforce implementations.
• 5-7 years of experience within an SDLC environment.
• Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall software development methodologies.
• Experience building out and standing up environments from an infrastructure delivery perspective.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and hold vendors accountable for specified results.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
