Description

You will provide technical support and functional expertise for HR Time and Payroll applications within the Workforce Software ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ticketing queues to troubleshoot, resolve, and close technical issues within established timelines.
• Collaborate with HR business teams to gather requirements and deliver accurate HR solutions.
• Execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify defects and coordinate resolutions with developers.
• Manage minor system enhancements and perform functional testing.
• Support the integration of HR data across various functions within the Workforce Software application.

Required Skills

• 7 years of hands-on experience with Workforce Software modules including Time and Attendance, ACT, Job Scheduling, Fatigue Management, and Analytics.
• Deep configuration knowledge of Work Rules, Pay Rules, Holiday schedules, Absence, and Leave tracking.
• Experience managing Accruals, Attendance, Pay Policies, Premium and Banks, and Callout Rules.
• Technical understanding of interfaces, integrations, and workflows.
• Proficiency in HR Time and Payroll applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of functional experience with UKG, SAP, SuccessFactors, or ADP.
• Knowledge of union contracts and pay practices.
• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
