You provide technical support and functional expertise for HR Time and Payroll applications.
Responsibilities
Monitor ticketing queues to troubleshoot, resolve, and close issues regarding Workforce Software and its integrations.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver accurate HR solutions.
Execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify defects and work toward resolution.
Perform minor system enhancements and assist in day-to-day business operations for site and corporate HR teams.
Support assigned projects and tasks related to HR and Payroll through cross-functional teamwork.
Required Skills
7+ years of hands-on experience with Workforce Software Suite modules, including Time and Attendance, ACT, Job Scheduling, Fatigue Management, and Analytics.
Deep configuration experience in Workforce Software involving Work Rules, Pay Rules, Holiday schedules, Absence, and Leave tracking.
Technical knowledge of Accruals, Attendance, Pay Policies, Premiums, Banks, and Callout Rules.
Proven experience managing interfaces, integrations, and workflows within HR data environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
3+ years of functional experience with UKG, SAP, SuccessFactors, or ADP.
Knowledge of union contracts and pay practices.
Experience working within the Oil and Gas industry.
