Description

You will manage and configure workforce software systems to support global time management and HCM processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage system configurations independently using the policy editor.
• Analyze and implement global time management requirements.
• Execute complex integrations between WFS, SAP, and SuccessFactors.
• Handle workforce software debugging and system flow analysis.
• Manage data inflows and outflows, including HR imports and payroll exports.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Workforce Software.
• Workforce Software Configuration Specialist certification (PT102).
• Workforce Software Interface certification (PT103).
• Workforce Software Report Specialist certification.
• Expertise in Workforce Formula Language.
• Hands-on experience with Accruals, Exceptions, Roles, Premiums, TCP, and Settings.
• Experience with complex system architectures involving SAP and SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in SQL queries and reporting.
• Strong understanding of HCM processes and time management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of MuleSoft.
• Experience with SF-EC and LOA setup in EC.
