Description

Manage and configure Workforce Software systems to support global time management and HCM processes.

Manage system configurations independently using the policy editor. Analyze and implement global time management requirements. Execute complex integrations between WFS, SAP, and SuccessFactors. Handle workforce software debugging and system flow analysis. Manage data inflows and outflows, including HR imports and payroll exports.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workforce Software policies and settings independently.
• Analyze and implement global time management requirements.
• Execute complex integrations between WFS, SAP, and SuccessFactors.
• Debug system issues and analyze system flows.
• Manage HR imports and payroll exports.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Workforce Software.
• Workforce Software Configuration Specialist certification (PT102).
• Workforce Software Interface certification (PT103).
• Workforce Software Report Specialist certification.
• Expertise in Workforce Formula Language.
• Hands-on experience with Accruals, Exceptions, Roles, Premiums, TCP, and Settings.
• Experience with complex system architectures involving SAP and SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in SQL queries and reporting.
• Strong understanding of HCM processes and time management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of MuleSoft.
• Experience with SF-EC and LOA setup in EC.
