Description

You will manage and support Workforce Software and SAP SuccessFactors environments, providing production support with shift-based coverage.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Workforce Software and SuccessFactors modules.
• Manage integrations between ECC HCM, SuccessFactors modules, and Workforce Software using CPI/Integration Suite.
• Support SuccessFactors Mobile Apps, specifically time and attendance via SAP Mobile Start.
• Maintain and configure Workforce Software Time and Attendance Management systems.

Required Skills

• 3-7 years of professional experience with Workforce Software (Time and Attendance Management).
• Mandatory professional Workforce Software certification.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Capital Management or Workforce Management.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central (EC), Benefits, or Payroll.
• Experience with Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing, or Onboarding.
• Knowledge of Performance & Goals, Learning Management System (LMS), or Succession Planning.
• Experience with ECC HCM and middleware integration using CPI/Integration Suite.
• Ability to work in production support shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
