Description

You will optimize event workflow processes through Workfront implementation, business analysis, and system configuration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis, end-to-end process mapping, and detailed documentation of business requirements.
• Configure and build Workfront workflows tailored to event operations and project requirements.
• Implement governance processes requiring stakeholder approval and alignment with development efforts.
• Partner with solutioning and development teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and maintain clear communication on project progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in professional roles.
• Proven experience with Workfront implementation and configuration.
• Strong background in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience with process governance and solution lifecycle management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
• Skill in bridging technical and business domains.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
