Description

You configure, administer, and optimize Adobe Workfront environments, ensuring system stability and alignment with enterprise standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Workfront environments, including project templates, workflows, portfolios, and custom forms.
• Manage user access, security, teams, groups, and licenses while maintaining accurate design and configuration documentation.
• Troubleshoot user, system, and configuration issues, coordinating acceptance testing and leading issue resolution through deployment.
• Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics to track KPIs, resource utilization, and project execution.
• Deliver training sessions, develop documentation, and monitor system performance to recommend and implement enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience configuring, administering, and supporting Adobe Workfront.
• Proven experience with Workfront Planning Ultimate.
• Strong understanding of enterprise workflow design and system integration principles.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical configurations.
• Strong analytical skills, including workflow analysis and data reporting.
• Experience with KPIs and Workflow Analysis.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Comfortable operating in a consultative, client-facing environment.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
