Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage Adobe Workfront environments.
• Configure users, groups, roles, permissions, and access levels.
• Create and maintain request queues, forms, templates, and workflows.
• Manage approval processes, proofing, and operational workflows.
• Develop dashboards and reports for SLA, throughput, and adoption metrics.
• Ensure data quality and governance across Workfront operations.
• Support integrations and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Assist with API, identity management, and SSO-related activities.
• Support UAT, release management, and deployment cutovers.
• Create admin documentation, guides, and release notes.
• Drive platform adoption and operational efficiency improvements.
• Provide ongoing support to creative and production teams.

Experience Required:

• 7-10 years of experience in Workfront Operations and Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront.
• Expertise in user administration, templates, and custom forms.
• Experience configuring intake workflows, approvals, and proofing.
• Strong reporting and dashboard creation skills.
• Experience managing enterprise workflow and operational processes.
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, and identity/SSO concepts.
• Experience supporting global users and operational governance.
• Knowledge of Workfront Fusion is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with AEM Assets and DAM concepts is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
