Description

You will administer, configure, and optimize Adobe Workfront environments to ensure operational efficiency and data governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workfront environments, managing users, groups, roles, permissions, and access levels.
• Configure and maintain request queues, forms, templates, and complex approval workflows.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for SLA, throughput, and adoption metrics.
• Support integrations, API activities, identity management, and SSO-related configurations.
• Create admin documentation, guides, and release notes while driving platform adoption.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Workfront Operations and Administration.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Workfront user administration and custom forms.
• Proven ability to configure intake workflows, approvals, and proofing processes.
• Proficiency in creating enterprise-level reports and dashboards.
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, and identity/SSO concepts.
• Experience supporting global users and enforcing operational governance.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workfront Fusion.
• Familiarity with AEM Assets and DAM concepts.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
