Description

You will support the administration of internal IT systems and provide technical assistance to employees.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer internal Windows and Linux systems.
• Manage cloud environments including Office 365 and Atlassian products.
• Provide direct technical support to internal employees.
• Assist the IT team with daily operational tasks.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience or familiarity with Office 365.
• Familiarity with Atlassian products.
• Currently pursuing studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related IT field.
• Strong service orientation and professional communication.
• Ability to work 15-20 hours per week.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with internal IT system administration.
