Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define and execute global Workplace Engineering and Architecture strategy.
• Lead delivery of Digital Workplace services including M365, VDI, and Cloud Solutions.
• Drive automation, AI adoption, and workplace transformation initiatives.
• Ensure service delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Lead global teams across multiple regions and geographies.
• Establish governance, reporting, performance metrics, and change management processes.
• Drive standardization, process improvement, and Agile adoption.
• Support business growth through pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align workplace solutions with business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Experience Required:

• 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Workplace Engineering, or Digital Workplace Services.
• Strong experience with M365, VDI, Cloud-based Workplace Solutions, and DevOps.
• Proven leadership experience managing global teams and large-scale service delivery.
• Experience driving digital transformation and workplace modernization programs.
• Strong financial management skills including P&L ownership, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in Agile delivery, governance, and operational excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience in pre-sales, solution design, and commercial management.
