Define and execute global Workplace Engineering and Architecture strategy, leading delivery of Digital Workplace services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead global teams across multiple regions to deliver M365, VDI, and Cloud-based Workplace Solutions.
• Drive automation, AI adoption, and workplace transformation initiatives to ensure service delivery excellence.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization for digital workplace services.
• Establish governance, reporting, performance metrics, and change management processes.
• Support business growth through pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal reviews.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Workplace Engineering, or Digital Workplace Services.
• Strong experience with M365, VDI, Cloud Services, and DevOps.
• Proven leadership experience managing global teams and large-scale service delivery.
• Experience driving digital transformation and workplace modernization programs.
• Strong financial management skills including P&L ownership, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in Agile delivery, governance, and operational excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in pre-sales, solution design, and commercial management.
• Ability to monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
