You will manage and support the end-user computing environment, ensuring system stability and user accessibility.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
• Manage user access and identity via Multi-Factor Authentication using Okta.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues using standard diagnostic commands.
• Utilize remote support tools and ticketing systems for incident resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT support or engineering.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and 11 administration.
• Experience with Okta for Multi-Factor Authentication.
• Working knowledge of BMC Remedy ticketing system.
• Familiarity with Google Apps Administration.
• Experience in Office 365 Administration.
• Basic understanding of networking principles including ping, ipconfig, and DNS lookup.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
