You will manage and support the end-user computing environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows 10 & 11 operating systems.
• Manage user access via Multi Factor Authentication (OKTA).
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues using standard commands.
• Utilize remote support tools and ticketing systems for incident resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT support or engineering.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 & 11.
• Experience with Okta for Multi Factor Authentication.
• Working knowledge of BMC Remedy.
• Familiarity with Google Apps Administration.
• Experience in Office 365 Administration.
• Basic understanding of networking principles (ping, ipconfig, DNS lookup).
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
