Description

You will manage and secure the Microsoft 365 environment, implementing email security measures and administering M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and Azure Active Directory. You will manage email security tools such as Proofpoint, enforcing policies for anti-spam, anti-malware, and encryption. Your role involves implementing Data Loss Prevention (DLP), phishing protection, and conducting vulnerability assessments. You will troubleshoot complex email delivery issues, monitor security events, and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure M365 services and Azure Active Directory.
• Manage Proofpoint email security solutions and enforce security policies.
• Implement and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and phishing protection.
• Troubleshoot email delivery issues involving mail flow, routing, and spam filtering.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience in IT environments.
• Deep expertise in M365 administration: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory.
• Proven experience managing Proofpoint email security solutions.
• Proficiency with email delivery protocols: SMTP, DKIM, SPF, and DMARC.
• Experience implementing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and phishing protection policies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex email routing and mail flow issues.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree in a related field.
