Description

You will design and execute standardized workplace and infrastructure solutions across the group while adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage workplace technology solutions including end-user devices, telephony, collaboration tools, office productivity suites, and managed print.
• Manage Microsoft 365 suite and emerging technologies like Microsoft Co-Pilot.
• Administer network infrastructure including WAN, Enterprise LAN, firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, and remote access technologies.
• Operate the Service Desk to handle service requests and incidents while driving service recovery to reduce system downtime.
• Monitor service provider SLAs and experiment with new workplace technologies to stay current with industry developments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing Workplace Technology and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft infrastructure including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, and SCCM.
• Proficiency with endpoint management tools.
• Knowledge of WAN routing protocols, QOS, and COS.
• Technical experience with DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN.
• Understanding of Telco business operations and network protocols.
• Working knowledge of ITIL framework, IT service management, and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the financial services industry.
• Relevant certifications in Workplace Technology and Networking.
