Description

You will maintain, support, and fortify workstation infrastructure within a financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows workstation security remediation and patch management using SCCM.
• Provide operational support for VMware environments regarding workstation support and security remediation.
• Support Citrix environments for patch deployment and application installation.
• Automate routine workstation support tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Research and implement patch management solutions for workstations, virtual desktops, and printers via Group Policy (GPO).
• Coordinate and track security issue remediation across multiple teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within the financial industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Experience with Virtualization technologies including VMware and Citrix.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM for patch and application deployment.
• Ability to write and use PowerShell scripting for task automation.
• Knowledge of Group Policy (GPO) for patch management and configuration.
• Strong documentation and technical coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
