Description

You manage and support hardware and software lifecycles for a large enterprise desktop environment. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, develop, test, and maintain PC images across the enterprise using SCCM OSD Task Sequences.
• Install, configure, and repair PC hardware including motherboards, memory, and hard drives.
• Support Microsoft Windows and Apple OS X systems via remote tools like SCCM remote, RDP, and ARD.
• Troubleshoot Active Directory, GPOs, and name resolution issues.
• Manage user profiles, certificates, and security products including disk encryption and anti-virus.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience supporting 1,000+ PC environments.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM OSD Task Sequences, implementation, and optimization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Deployment Tool Kit (MDT) and MDOP technologies.
• Experience integrating Macintosh systems into Active Directory Domain environments.
• Scripting capabilities using PowerShell and VBS.
• Technical support for MS Office 365 on Windows and macOS.
• Ability to run Configuration Management Console queries and reporting.
