Description

Own end-user device support for a 1,000+ PC enterprise environment across Windows and macOS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incident queues and resolve customer issues from intake to closure.
• Deploy, image, and repair hardware including motherboards, memory, and drives.
• Maintain device compliance by tracking broken SCCM clients and OS health.
• Document tickets and provide resolution guides for cross-team collaboration.
• Escalate complex issues using SCCM, Active Directory, and Security tools.

Required Skills

• 3+ years supporting PCs in large domain environments.
• 3+ years developing, testing, and maintaining PC images.
• 3+ years installing/configuring PC hardware and peripherals.
• 3+ years repairing PC hardware (motherboards, memory).
• 3+ years managing security, disk encryption, and anti-virus on Windows/macOS.
• 3+ years managing profiles and certificates on Windows/macOS.
• 3+ years with Active Directory, GPO troubleshooting, and name resolution.
• 3+ years using remote tools (SCCM remote, RDP, ARD).
• 2+ years application support for MS Office 365 on Windows/macOS.
• 2+ years integrating Macintosh systems into Active Directory.
• 1+ years scripting with VBS and PowerShell.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years with SCCM OSD Task Sequences, MDT, and MDOP.
• 2+ years with Configuration Management Console queries and reporting.
• Microsoft Certification.
