Description

You will provide onsite workstation support for over 1,000 devices in a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incident queues to own hardware and software issues for end users.
• Maintain device compliance and health by troubleshooting broken SCCM clients and OS update issues.
• Document all support tickets and provide resolution documentation for cross-functional teams.
• Deploy PCs and manage peripherals including printers, docking stations, and scanners.
• Escalate complex issues to SCCM, Active Directory, Security, and IT Service Desk teams.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience supporting PCs, laptops, and Mac OSx in a large domain environment.
• 3 years of experience developing, testing, and maintaining PC images.
• 3 years of experience installing, configuring, and repairing PC hardware, including motherboards and memory.
• 3 years of experience with Active Directory, GPO troubleshooting, and name resolution.
• 3 years of experience managing profiles and certificates on Windows and Apple OSx.
• 3 years of experience using remote tools such as SCCM remote, RDP, and ARD.
• 3 years of experience with security, disk encryption, and anti-virus products.
• 2 years of application support for Microsoft Office 365 on Windows and Mac.
• 1 year of scripting experience using VBS and PowerShell.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years of experience with SCCM OSD Task Sequences, MDT, and MDOP technologies.
• 2 years of experience with Configuration Management Console queries and reporting.
• Microsoft Certification.
