Description

You will manage workstation incidents and provide technical support for end-user computing environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incident queues and take ownership of customer issues through resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date and well-documented support tickets.
• Create documentation on issue resolutions to assist other technical teams.
• Monitor and report on PC issues, escalating complex problems as necessary.
• Collaborate with SCCM, Active Directory, Security, and IT Service Desk teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
• SCCM administration and troubleshooting.
• Active Directory management.
• Microsoft Office 365 support.
• Scripting experience using PowerShell or VBScript.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
