Description

You will provide technical support for hardware and software across an enterprise environment in Oil City, PA.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot PC hardware and software within LAN/WAN environments.
• Support laptops, docking stations, and multifunction print devices.
• Manage service requests using Remedy or similar ticketing systems.
• Perform premise cabling tasks including Cat5e/6 installation and terminations.
• Follow established SOPs to maintain operational consistency.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with PC hardware and software in enterprise LAN/WAN environments.
• 4+ years of experience supporting laptops and docking stations.
• 4+ years of experience supporting multifunction print devices.
• 2+ years of experience using Remedy or similar ticketing systems.
• 2+ years of experience with Cat5e/6 cable installation and terminations.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to follow disciplined SOPs and maintain attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco VPN router installation and support.
• Experience with Active Directory, Hyena System Management Software, or Microsoft SCCM.
• Experience in project management, leading team deployments, or creating process documentation.
