You will join the Workstation Support Team in Harrisburg to maintain device compliance and health across a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incident queues to take ownership of issues and assist customers.
• Maintain up-to-date and well-documented support tickets.
• Track and resolve PC compliance issues, including broken SCCM clients and operating system errors.
• Repair hardware by replacing components such as hard drives, motherboards, and memory.
• Collaborate with SCCM, Active Directory, Security, and IT Service Desk teams to escalate and resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience deploying PCs and supporting end users in an enterprise environment of 1,000+ devices.
• 3+ years of experience developing, testing, and maintaining PC images.
• 3+ years of experience supporting PCs in a large domain environment.
• 3+ years of experience installing and configuring PC hardware and peripherals.
• 3+ years of experience with security, disk encryption, and anti-virus products on Windows and Apple OSx.
• 3+ years of experience with Active Directory, troubleshooting GPOs, and name resolution.
• 3+ years of experience managing profiles and certificates on Windows and Apple OSx.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Windows and Apple OSx using remote tools like SCCM remote, RDP, or ARD.
• 2+ years of experience providing MS Office application support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VBS and PowerShell scripting.
• Proficiency with SCCM OSD Task Sequences, MDT, and MDOP technologies.
• Microsoft Certification.
