Description

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality desktop applications using C# and WPF, owning the full delivery lifecycle from planning to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design scalable, high-quality desktop GUIs.
• Develop and test system components through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Integrate GUIs with AWS services such as S3 and SNS.
• Propose and implement performance and scalability enhancements for desktop interfaces.
• Collaborate with architects, web service developers, and QA teams to build scalable products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windows UI development.
• Expertise in C#, WPF, and the .NET Framework.
• Strong grasp of MVVM design patterns.
• Proficiency in advanced C# concepts including multithreading and API calls.
• Experience with XML and JSON parsing.
• Deep understanding of OOP principles: inheritance, abstract classes, and constructors.
• Advanced debugging skills using Visual Studio, specifically for multithreading issues.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams to deliver complex systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps builds and releases.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and JIRA.
• Knowledge of Windows OS internals, including memory management and processes.
